Åge Landro

Åge Landro has been an Advisor to EQT since 2015.

From 2004 until 2023, Åge worked as been working as an executive director for various multinational companies within the energy sector. Most of this time Åge has been serving as the CEO of the companies where he has been involved. Common for the companies is that they have all been Private Equity backed. Some 100% PE-owned, while others have been publicly listed companies with partial PE ownership. Åge has a strong experience and track record in the organizational and cultural development of organizations, value creation agenda and strategic positioning of companies.

Today Åge is services as a non-executive director for several companies across sectors offering technologies and solutions for recycling of waste into valuable resources across
different industries, as well as companies offering solutions for the energy transition and
sustainable construction and building repairs.

Åge holds a bachelor degree in Construction Engineering from Høgskolen i Bergen, Norway.
