Svenska Verksamhetsfastigheter was incorporated in 2019 with the aim to acquire, own and manage urban logistics properties in expansive university cities, and create value by investing in the premises to extract the assets' full income potential

Seed portfolio of 21 light industrial / urban logistics properties was acquries in July 2019 from Kvalitena, who subsequently acquried a 5% ownership stake in the joint venture company and signed an asset and property management agreement via its subsidiary Broadgate.

Nine add-on acquisitions (13 properties) have been closed since then and the target is to continue to grow the platform from the seed portfolio’s initial size of EUR 91m to c. EUR >400m over c. 4 years. Focus will be on urban logistics properties in university cities in southern/central Sweden with strong demographic and economic outlook.
