The EQT Mid Market US fund invests in North American middle market companies that can benefit from EQT’s value-add industrial approach, clear governance model and global platform. The Fund intends to make control and co-control equity investments in high-quality companies with strong market positions, significant potential for revenue and earnings growth, strong cash flows and a solid platform that can retain and / or attract high quality management. The Fund will seek to make equity investments typically ranging from $50 – 150 million per investment.
